While you may not be sipping this stunning drink on the beaches of Puerto Rico right now, it will get you in a sunny mood no matter the place or season.

The original Piña Colada was invented in San Juan by a bartender named Ramón “Monchito” Marrero in 1954. It became an instant favourite and was declared the official drink of Puerto Rico in 1978.

When sourcing the world for the finest ingredients we found the best pineapples in Costa Rica and exceptional coconuts from Sri Lanka. Our ready-to-go Piña Colada is classic – made with the very best coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum, Malibu and lime.

Best blended with ice, but also great as a slushy or poured over ice.

Simon says: "We know you will love it – and feel free to add fresh pineapple or a maraschino cherry."

Kit includes:

  • Piña Colada Cocktail mix (1L)
  • Fresh mint from Simon’s garden (Auckland only)
  • Pineapple chips
  • Instruction card
